    Tours and talks on the importance of heritage livestock breed & standard bred poultry preservation, history, uses and care of Dexter cattle, St. Croix sheep, American Guinea Hogs. Care and breeding instruction of Standard bred poultry, using Dorking & Delaware chickens. Walk through a small scale olive grove. Seasonal hand picking of olives available.
