We raise Ostrich with a hatching facility so that people can see the ostrich from egg to adult. The Tour includes feeding the youngsters and education about these wonderful, ancient animals.  We also care for injured and abandoned birds.

We planted the vines in 2005, and now manage everything about the vineyard from pruning to harvest, make the wine, and take care of all associated activities right there on the property. We are open for regular wine tasting and sales every weekend from 12 to 5. Also, for a small fee - we offer private tours and tasting by appointment. In addition, we host private parties and smaller events.

Varietals grown and available for tasting and purchase include Albarino, Primitivo, Barbera, and Petite Sirah.

We sell lavender at various farmers markets and craft fairs. We are open for U-Pick and lavender sales during the summer.

123 Farm makes many products with the certified organic lavender we grow. These products include: Lavender, Rosemary and Tea Tree Essential Oil, Lavender lotion, sleep mist and body oils. We also sell Garlic in early summer (sold out for 2014) as well as Olive Oil, from our own olives in the late fall and winter.

We have several different fruit tress in our orchard as well as olive trees.  We can offer a tour of the orchard.  Also we are a working horse ranch.  We have chickens onsite and prepare organic breakfasts for our guests.

Since 2000, Camp Stevens Organic Garden has grown from a small kitchen garden into two, year-round, productive sites with about 2 acres under cultivation, providing spaces for reflection, inspiration and learning as well as physical nourishment for our guests, campers, and resident staff.

In 2009, we began farming another acre on nearby farmland. Our fields there include corn, garlic, greens, beans, onions, potatoes, cauliflower, and more throughout the year. We also raise egg-laying hens.

For over 40 years the Bates Nut Farm Pumpkin Patch has provided visitors with a true farm experience.  Bates Nut Farm specializes in pumpkins grown right on the property weighing anywhere from 50 to 200 pounds. Throughout the year, Bates offers tours and educational talks to schools and organizations, in addition to ongoing special events and guest speakers.

Forgotten Barrel now occupies the former Ferrara Winery, which was designated a California historic point of interest in the late 1970’s and a historic site by the city of Escondido in 1989. The winery, was established in 1886 as one of San Diego county and Southern California’s first vineyards.

Suzie’s Farm is located on 130 beautiful acres near the Tijuana Estuary, 13 miles south of downtown San Diego. Founded by Robin Taylor and Lucila De Alejandro in 2009, we are a USDA-certified organic farm that grows over 100 different types of crops per year. We host private tours and events year-round, and offer public opportunities to visit the farm on the second Saturday of every month and during our family-friendly events. Our farm, Live Earth Farm (LEF), established in 1996, is a 150 acre diversified, organic, family farm overlooking the Pajaro Valley in the Santa Cruz area of California. LEF runs a year round CSA, growing over 50 different fruits and vegetables surrounded by a native landscape of redwoods and oak woodland. LEF’s produce is directly marketed through local farmer’s markets, restaurants, a thriving web store, and a weekly CSA program. Education has always been a part of Live Earth Farm since its beginning, but in 2007 a separate non-profit entity, Farm Discovery was formally established to compliment and expand the educational programs at Live Earth Farm. We now host more than 2000 children on the farm each year for engaging farm-based, hands-on learning opportunities in a variety of formats.

We are currently working on developing our agritourism operation.  We have four hundred acres of certified organic pasture with free-range animals and animal products, which we sell on and off the farm.

Rominger Trails is a scenic Northern California destination where horseback riders can go trail-riding on 2,000 acres of scenic oak-studded foothills and flat terrain. The ranch is located about 7 miles northwest of Winters, 40 miles west of Sacramento and 60 miles northeast of San Francisco. Bring your horse and enjoy the fabulous view. Group discounts are available.

Matchbook Wine Company is a family-owned winery tucked away in Northern California's gently rolling Dunnigan Hills. Located just 30 minutes north of Sacramento and Davis, Matchbook is a local Yolo County destination for wine lovers looking to discover quality estate-grown varietals.

Our 2,160 square-foot tasting room includes an open-space meeting area, a private meeting room, a wine bar constructed with repurposed wood from a local barn, and a 400 square-foot patio overlooking Matchbook's estate vineyards and the coastal mountain range spanning the western horizon. Surrounded by over 1,200 acres of scenic vineyards, Matchbook Wine Company's tasting room is a fantastic setting for intimate meetings, ceremonies, and get-togethers.

Our rolling hills are planted with the usual varieties – chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, syrah, petite sirah – and some that are little bit of a surprise – tempranillo, graciano, tannat and verdejo.

Matchbook Wine Company offers rotating wines monthly in its tasting room with a broader selection of wines available for purchase on its website and in select retailers. The wines available for purchase from Matchbook Wine Company thrive out in the warm Dunnigan Hills climate, as well as 100% extra virgin olive oil from the groves on our property.

We do weekly on-site farm stands, you-pick events, urban farm bike tours, field trips, private tours, workdays on the farm, special events, tastings and volunteer opportunities

A wide variety of sustainably grown fresh veggies, melons, flowers and herbs. Everything from heirloom tomatoes to zuchinni, carrots and melons can be found at our farm stands as the seasons change.
