Cal Poly Pomona produced citrus, avocados, melons, berries, vegetables, and plants. U-Pick strawberries in the spring (weather permitting) and tons of pumpkins in the fall.

Marin French is open to the public every day for picnics, to learn about cheesemaking and to purchase locally made products and picnic items in our retail shop.

Forgotten Barrel now occupies the former Ferrara Winery, which was designated a California historic point of interest in the late 1970’s and a historic site by the city of Escondido in 1989. The winery, was established in 1886 as one of San Diego county and Southern California’s first vineyards.

Here at Scott River Ranch, LLC  we want to be your own personal farmer giving you a connection to our land and way of life. We current sell our Organic GrassFed and Finished Beef via Farmers Markets, online, local delivery and at the ranch. We also host ranch tours, private events and public events.  Our Ranch is preserved by Siskiyou Land Trust and the entire ranch is certified organic. Join us for a Sonoma wine tour! Enjoy a close-up look at our Biodynamic vineyards, visit the fermentation facility, crush pad, and explore our barrel caves. The wine tour is approximately 45-minutes, including a special tasting of our Biodynamic and other award-winning wines.

In the nursery are plants introduced by Luther Burbank (1849-1926) and other ornamentals, fruit trees for sale. The cottage museum offers home-made preserves in the gift shop.

The main themes of the museum are the establishment and development of farming and ranching in Yolo County, as shown through the life and work of William Byas Gibson and his family. The Gibson House is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
