Canvas Ranch is a diversified, sustainable family farm, integrating animals and crops in a complete ecosystem -- similar to farms in Tuscany or Provence. From ancient wheat to the latest vegetable darling of high-end chefs, we grow over 50 different crops, and also raise Babydoll Southdown sheep and cashmere goats for fiber.
